RAGTIME, operated by R&D STREAMS, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to purchase — you can manage your subscription and open a refund request from there;
• Or email us at support@ragtime.live with your order number and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund for the current period is subject to this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
