RAGTIME is operated by R&D STREAMS ("RAGTIME", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a binding agreement with R&D STREAMS on these Terms of Service.
By continuing to access or use RAGTIME you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RAGTIME lets you upload documents, configure a persona and language, and compile a personalized on-device retrieval-augmented small language model that ships as an installable Android APK intended to run without internet connectivity after installation.

RAGTIME uses generative AI. Outputs from your compiled companion may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given use. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the documents you upload, verifying that outputs are accurate before relying on them, and ensuring you have the rights necessary to use any input content and the resulting outputs. RAGTIME is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial, or other regulated) advice.
We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. If you are a rights holder and believe content processed by RAGTIME infringes your rights, contact us at legal@ragtime.live and we will review and act appropriately, including terminating repeat infringers.
R&D STREAMS retains all rights, title, and interest in the RAGTIME service, its software, branding, documentation, and underlying models and pipelines. Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and the companion APKs you generate for your own lawful purposes. You retain ownership of the documents you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your billing portal.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a credible security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; existing compiled APKs you have downloaded remain yours to use offline, subject to these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to R&D STREAMS's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.
